Instructor Lesson Guide (Digital)

This resource is meant as a tool to make it easier for you to deliver great Pickleball lessons to people just getting started in the sport.

We have included a number of documents that can help to make your introductory Pickleball lessons safe, fun, and effective:

• 5 Lesson Plans to help you organize your coaching in a thoughtful, systematic way. If you have only one lesson with your students, use Lesson Plan #1. If you have two lessons, use #1 and #2. If you have three lessons, use #1, #2 and #3, etc.

• Handouts to reinforce the great things you’ve taught your students once all of the lessons are complete.

• Information about common traps that instructors can fall into as well as tips about how to avoid them.

• A coach evaluation form that you can use to get feedback from your players to make your instruction even better.
